Status Seating brochure

Status manufactures bespoke furniture solutions for architects, retailers and commercial clients. It specialises in seating and all its furniture is produced by its team of in-house craftsmen at its factory in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The furniture is installed in workplaces, schools, and commercial and residential properties worldwide.

The brief was to create an eye-catching brochure for its posture dynamic seating range that displayed all the products and comprehensive technical information, but also told the brand story effectively.

Our brochure designer began the detailed project by producing some style concepts. Once they were agreed he commenced on creating the brochure, using a variety of design, layout and image manipulation techniques using Adobe® InDesign®. This included using composite imagery techniques to add the product images to aspirational location photographs. This saved the client the time and money involved in transporting the chairs to multiple locations to conduct room-set photoshoots.

This project involved balancing the presentation of the technical information with the brand story in a clear way. It also required careful attention to detail and a robust project management and review process to ensure the final brochure was accurate and fulfilled the brief.
