Severn Trent
Severn Trent are one of Britain’s largest water companies, they provide over eight million people across their region (across the Midlands from the outskirts of Sheffield, down to Bristol, and into north and mid-Wales) with fresh, clean drinking water every day – that’s about two billion litres. They chose MicroGraphix to undertaken a complete redesign and build of two of their websites — for Severn Trent Green Power and Severn Trent Connect. We’ve also produced promotional videos, and helped them with a wide range of graphic design projects.
Severn Trent Projects:
Severn Trent Green Power brochure design
As brochure designers we were approached by Severn Trent Green Power to produce a brochure highlighting their services.
Severn Trent Green Power is a market leader in Anaerobic Digestion, renewable energy generation, composting and the treatment of sewage sludge.
The brochure we created explains their services in a clear and simple way, following the client’s corporate ID, and includes a process diagram illustration.
Video Production for Severn Trent Green Power
We produced and edited this online video for a collaboration between Severn Trent Green Power and Oxfordshire Recycles, to highlight food waste recycling.
Video are one of the most effective means of communication. Video has the power to deliver messages in a dynamic, concise way that static communications methods cannot match. The video created for Severn Trent Green power was used for presentation purposes then re-sized for various social media platforms
Severn Trent website design
Responsive website design and build for Severn Trent Green Power and Severn Trent Connect.
Severn Trent Water is one of the largest of the 10 regulated water and sewerage companies in England and Wales. They provide high quality services to more than 4.3 million homes and businesses in the Midlands.
Firstly, we were tasked with building a new site for their Green Power business unit — the largest combined food waste recycler and composting businesses in the UK.
Following the success of the Green Power site build we were invited to re-build an existing site for Severn Trent Connect that needed to be both responsive, and much more closely aligned to the Severn Trent brand. The new ST Connect site provides customer service information for both household & business customers, and a host of information for developers needing help with the complex regulations around waste water and drainage for new housing developments.
Both sites are built on the Craft CMS platform that lets users easily and quickly update all areas of their websites.
