Packaging & Box Design
Custom branded packaging boxes. As experienced packaging designers, we create custom printed carboard boxes, packaging and POS designs to best suit your organisation.
Printed corrugated boxes provide both protection for your product as well as promoting awareness of the brand. Printed card boxes offer a highly cost-effective packaging solution for smaller, lighter products that do not require the same level of protection.

Bespoke branded cardboard box production for Teknos
Teknos, a global paint and coatings company, identified a problem with shipping its products to customers, namely, damage during transit. This had a direct effect on the company’s bottom line. Teknos turned to MicroGraphix for a solution.
MicroGraphix designed a packaging solution tailored to Teknos’s products and created a prototype that underwent rigorous testing. The cardboard box we designed included an insert which holds the products neatly in place and provides the product protection required. We added Teknos branding to the box and additional important customer and courier information.
MicroGraphix partnered with the UK’s leading box manufacturer to produce the boxes and project managed the production process through to delivery.
The branded cardboard box designed by MicroGraphix significantly reduced customer returns and saved Teknos money. MicroGraphix was then commissioned to produce branded cardboard boxes to enable shipping of different sizes and quantities of products.

Bespoke packaging box design for OES and Casio
Oxford Educational Supplies identified an opportunity to improve a branded mailing box for a high specification Casio graphic calculator.
The leading marketing and distribution company for Casio calculators established the strengths of the product were not fully understood by customers. It believed that by enhancing the packaging it would increase the desirably of the product, communicate its qualities and help unlock its true market value.
Having secured an agreement from Casio to explore the concept Oxford Educational Supplies turned to MicroGraphix with the idea and a challenge to bring it to life.
MicroGraphix created high quality branded packaging using aspirational photography and graphic design skills combined with practical packaging know-how. The bespoke box included inserts to present the calculator and secure the peripherals. The new packaging much better reflected the high tech nature and quality of the product.
Additionally, we designed an instruction booklet, quick-guide manual and marketing voucher which were all inserted inside the box. The quick-guide was created to help address the lack of knowledge regarding the product’s functions among end-users. The simple concertinaed quick guide manual was inserted into the box to help engage the user immediately.
