From J9 of the M40, take the A41 towards Bicester.
At the first roundabout, turn right and proceed past Bicester Village on the left handside.
At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards Bicester town centre.
Proceed over the level crossing and turn right at the mini-roundabout in to Launton Road.
Drive for approximately half a mile and immediately after the railway bridge, turn left into Murdock Road.
Rowood Estate is located 300 yards on the left hand side.
